Open workplace environment with a collaborative culture to promote teamwork is offered to the staff. Periodic institutionalized open house session programs are conducted where employees are afforded an opportunity to discuss work related issues. NuNet management encourages an open-door policy in which any employee can approach senior management with work-related problems. These sessions provide mentorship and also allow an understanding of the problems faced by staff members. The minutes of such meetings are formalised and corrective actions initiated for betterment.
Lateral and vertical communication is a part of our in-house processes where the staff regularly takes part in company affairs. They are also involved in sharing operational and technical issues with other NuNet staff located worldwide on a real-time basis.
