While the Offshore Delivery Centre (ODC) in Visakhapatnam, India is by far the largest operation as well as our global delivery hub, the centre in Auckland (New Zealand) is geared up for providing cost effective delivery services out of an English-speaking shore, servicing clients in Australasia and the US.
The US centre in Dallas serves as a near-shore delivery centre for handling critical and confidential nature of work for US-based clients. Each delivery site also serves as a hot-site for the other, as part of a comprehensive business continuity plan for handling unforeseen disasters.
